What we've Learned
Listening to real users voice have a huge impact on understanding users
Opportunity to deeply understand the users behaviours and finding the pain points were available through conducting survey and interviews with potential users.
Small talk with various stakeholders allows me to expand my perspectives
We had an opportunity to explain and show our project through the public event sessions. We talked with professionals, students, and staffs at the college. It extremely helped us to expand our perspective and to have a future plan.
Tangible product increases stakeholders interest
We built and demonstrated a tangible demo product to stakeholders during the public event sessions. We could gather usable feedback which helped us developed our service strategy.
